First, I’ll say that both paint jobs they did were incredible. I’ll give them that. Workers were professional and job was done on time. Pricing though was higher than multiple other estimates. I don’t mind that. I’ll pay for good work. What I didn’t like was during the second job we had received a quote for a third job. I really wanted it done but it just wasn’t in the budget. One of the employees doing the work mentioned the third job and I said I’d love to but $xxxxx just wasn’t in the budget. He was stunned. I could tell that what I’d said caught him off guard. He had never seen the quote and made an off side comment about what he was being paid. I’m not going into details other than to say if I’m paying that much, I expect that the men on the job (an amazing job) are being well compensated. I don’t feel that they were. I also don’t feel they had transparency on what was being charged to customers compared to what they were paid.
I am very pleased with the services Impact provided. Matthew was very thorough in his walkthrough and bidding process. He found rot and showed it to me while others walked right by it. He and his team arrived timely and worked with me on when and how his company would be paid in full. 100% would recommend.
Our 1890’s home was in desperate need of trim and accent paint. Matthew, Brian and crew came in and did an absolutely amazing job for us! From the time of our estimate to job completion, we were impressed with the thoroughness to detail and quality work each team member provided. Our trim and detail work needed much prep before painting and this crew did not cut corners! We were so impressed with the thoroughness of preparation, and the extras the crew provided to do a quality job. We love the finished product and recommend Impact Painting Services without hesitation! The work was timely, professional, and done with integrity.
