I can’t say enough good things about Fircrest Veterinary Hospital and staff. My puppy has been there more times than I’d like to admit and each experience has been more positive than the last. They treat him with such care that he gets excited when he realizes where we are and that speaks to his experience. He had two accidents and both times the vets have done a personal call to check in on him and it’s that personal touch that differentiates them from other hospitals. Not just the calls but the messages and follow ups from everyone on the team. I know Algae feels cared for and it makes me so grateful to them for everything they do.
We drive far to Fircrest to get the best service and treatment for our senior dog. She is generally a difficult reactive dog, but surprisingly calm with staff and vets here. Last year, she had a complicated surgery, with almost all of her teeth pulled. Thanks to the vet’s skill she recovered fast and completely. She kept her hobby of carrying around socks and squeaky toys in her mouth.
Vets here are always patient. They explain issues and want to hear questions, giving us a generous amount of time. Finding a great vet practice can be really hard, and it’s a huge relief to have Fircrest.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was beyond kind and helpful. Dr. Eugenio made us feel so comfortable, answered all of our questions and went over everything he was recommending and prices before he did anything. I so so happy we have Fircrest Vet to help take care of our kittens.
