I made an appointment with Doug for my husband as a Valentine's Day gift, but Doug had to cancel on the day of the appointment due to an unexpected emergency. A few days later, I received a call from Doug to apologize for cancelling, and he offered to give my husband a free massage to make-up for the cancellation. What a smart move! My husband reports that Doug gave him the best massage he has EVER received, and he will absolutely be returning. Thanks, Doug! I need to make an appointment for myself!
