“I thought our 2 skylights were leaking. Stuart Evans pointed out the 10x15 area around the skylights was sunken in and the whole area could have water damage. The skylights were fine! I had people out three times and they all sealed the skylights which fixed nothing. Stuart's expertise was spot on. He gave us a detailed range of estimates depending on the degree of damage they could find when they got the roof tiles off. Even with a large water damage area he came in well below his estimate. The workers were polite, kept me informed, got the job done quickly and it looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend All Weather Roofing of Yakima“

“Emanuel's was recommending to me by Western Materials Roofing when needing someone to roof a small garden shed which is 10 feet by 10 feet. They were prompt in looking at my project and giving me a bid. They answered all my questions / concerns I had as to how the materials would be applied (such as a drip edge all the way around the roof and not just on the eave sides, nail length and matching materials to the roof on the home). They were very helpful in explaining how they would install the materials and helped me understand without making me feel dumb for not knowing "roofing." Both men were very polite and conscientious about my property / yard / vehicles and the close quarters they had to work in. They arrived on the date stated and went right to work. They took care with unloading the materials, installing the drip edges and tar paper. The drip edges and tar paper is important as it is all underneath the final roofing product. If not installed correctly, you will see it when the final roofing material is installed. The final roof and ridge cap looks so clean and straight and the shingles (Architectural style composite) align correctly - indicating they installed the starting rows correctly. It is easy to see the quality of their workmanship when looking at my roof. I am SO glad I hired Emanuel's Construction / Roofing Specialist to help with my project! I highly recommend them. Hired this company to replace a door and instead of having to pay for a new door, they made some adjustments to the existing one and actually SAVED me money. Have hired this contractor again to replace all the windows in the house and the cost of the windows ended up being less than anticipated. Will hire again !“

“After getting four quotes from different roofing companies I decided on Superior roofing. From start to finish their professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. I voice a couple of my concerns in regards to my roof and their response was no problem, we will make sure everything is taken care of. And they did. A couple days after the job was completed, I contacted them again with a concern I had in regards to the roof. They came out the same day, turns out it was something that had landed on my roof, and not a loose shingle at all.
