Great experience! Quote was done quickly and efficiently. Procedure and product were explained thoroughly. Able to get on the schedule quickly and 4 days later I have a new roof! Froy and the 2 roofers were a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new roof!
Great work! Provided detailed pics of all the work that needed to be done and the work that was completed. It was nice to see the results, especially when I don't spend too much time on the roof. FROY Came to inspect my issue, provided a detailed quote and set up the appointment. Was timely and a great guy to work with.
Froy and his team at New Castle Systems have done amazing work for me. Professional, honest, responsive, and they truly care about quality. In an industry where communication and follow-through can sometimes be difficult, they consistently deliver and stand behind their work.
I refer all of my project managers, builders, clients, friends, and anyone looking for roofing or exterior work to them. Their team works hard, treats people with respect, and takes pride in what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and reputation.
Highly recommend New Castle Systems LLC. Great people, great work, and a company that deserves more recognition and support.
