Dr. Robertson has been our families doctor for many years and has delivered my nieces and nephews. She is absolutely wonderful!!! The staff is amazing! They all work together so good to get through each day. Remember, if you ever have to wait on Dr Robertson, its because she loves and cares about all her patients so much and its WELL worth the wait in my opinion. She never rushes us and answers all of our question. I trust rhis sweet lady with my life and rhe lives of my husband and our 4 children. Hands down the best!!!!!!!!

This clinic is a little out of the way and kind of hidden but if you find it and can get in as a new patient, then it is well worth the effort. I've been to many other facilities as I suffer from many chronic illnesses and I can truly say that this one of only two (2) places that I believe they truly care about you. I am new here as I just reached my 1st year as a patient but in that time I have never been treated with dissrespect or callousness or disregard from any staff member, starting with the wonderful front staff to the nurses the lab technicians and finally to wonderful doctor! It is getting full and hard to get in but if you hurry you will not regret it. Also it is a million miles from the bureaucracy that hinders the other clinics belonging to an unmentionable dominant hospital system that controls, I believe over 90% of medical businesses in Yakima County if not elsewhere as well. Kudos to my Dr. whom I am not sure if I should mention here but he knows who he his. Thank you for helping me when no else would.
