The Yakima Medical-Dental Clinic is a top-notch facility that consistently delivers exceptional professionalism and customer care. Patients feel they are in the best of hands, with knowledgeable and attentive staff who take the time to explain procedures and address concerns. The clinic's services are highly regarded, and patients appreciate the personalized attention they receive. While one counselor is no longer at the clinic, the overall experience remains positive, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Id like to say and share that I am so appreciative for my new therapist Cheryl Crane. She tells it like it is, but she also is a very understanding person and I love to make her laugh even smile. When you think of how others who are a help to you, as she has been, you also realize they are people themselves and need just as much of encouragement and help as we do and when we consider those things, we realize they matter just as much as we do.
Grateful for the care team who helps her, and the students that come along side her to learn and to be apart of this beautiful journey of mine.

First actually real appointment that might include pain,Joel Alexander did great! Believe my I don't say this lightly as I have big fears in past w a dentist. One more appointment and I'll feel so much better having a new dentist if that goes well. I think I'm not gonna be so nervous next appointment. It was a good experience considering it's the dentist office lol
I have been going to the doctor to Yvfwc for 30 years and have only had 3 doctors in that whole time. The service is the best and they always make you feel welcome with insurance and without.
