I would like the doctor to write down my blood pressure the first time and the second time and my goal for my blood pressure and when I'm supposed to go to the ER and my blood pressure gets that high because I lost my paper that she gave me yesterday. Also wondering if she faxed that request for the blood pressure thing to Howard's yesterday so I could go pick it up so I can keep track of my blood pressure

An exceptional first visit! All staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. Cheryl Crane spent a long time with me, and discussed at length the various medications and any side effects. I left there feeling more confident than I have in a very long time.
