Casey arrived and had the problem figured out within minutes. Another company had come to work on our heating issue and after about an hour managed a “temporary fix” and left. Casey fixed their temporary solution and took the time to explain my system to me as well as show me little specific tips for check up and maintenance I could do to make sure things would always be running smooth. She is the most amazing person. I’ve never met a stylist who is as cheery as her. My daughter went in for her first cut and she went from scared to talking with her like she does her grandmama. We will be going to her till the day she retires!

In 2023, our small condo association lost our long-time lawn mowing service. We researched and interviewed several lawn services. Finding the right service is very important to us. Yakima's Finest Lawns turned out to be the service for us. I found them reliable and conscientious. All the service people are polite and respectful of our needs. I believe Yakima's Finest Lawn service was just starting out last year and with their excellent service, they will be very much in demand.

We had an issue at our property and I was really surprised and appreciative of how nice, calm and straightforward their tech - Luigi - was. He called when he got there, called again to let me know what his plan was and explained the pricing very clearly to me and then called when it was completed and gave me his assessment and what his suggestions were. We had/have roots in a line and I asked him if we'd need to redo the line and even when given the opportunity to upsell me on something that would be probably 10-15k (at least), he said he didn't think it was that bad yet and to try other things first. Not something I was expecting from a large company, so I really appreciated it and will be asking for Luigi the next time we need help!
Absolutely amazing experience! The ladies there were kind, professional and they actually knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted. I showed them pictures of the cut and they delivered and for a very decent price. The salon was clean and well decorated. I have not been able to find a stylist that can cut bangs correctly since I moved to the Yakima area, but they nailed it! 10/10 highly recommend Lettys salon!
