What a great experience dealing with 509. My daughter was in Winthrop and ran over something in the road and cracked the bottom seam in her radiator, coolant was leaking and she was alone. I was home in Seattle when she called and said coolant was leaking out of her 1998 Mercedes-Benz E320. I had no idea who could work on her car and this was 7 pm on a Wednesday.I looked online and spotted 509 Automotive and was happy to see they work on Mercedes-Benz. I sent an email explaining the situation and got a response back quickly after hours from Matt the owner who said they were busy but could look at it first thing in the morning at 8 when they open. I was recently on a road trip through the Methow and hit a giant rock. Matt was welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. He inspected the car and eased my mind about the continuing the trip, and gave advice on repairs once I got back to Seattle, no charge! If I lived in that area, this would be my shop- made my day!
