Roof Doctor local office came to my coastal home in Grayland couple weeks ago for a new roof estimate site visit, but never gave me a quote. Didn't respond to my follow-up call. A-1 Roofing recently also didn't follow-up with a quote, as they said they would. As far as know, these are the two main roofing outfits in this area.

Keith is really great to work with. He really knows his stuff, inside and out, and explains everything very well, and does a great job answering all of your questions and addressing your concerns. They did a nice job replacing my roof, and not long after that, Patrick and his fellow worker did a fantastic job replacing my gutters and downspouts.And Patrick did a great job protecting the house's old growth cedar deck with cardboard that he placed under the ladders. Kudos to the entire team of Roof Doctor for getting it done!!!

2 years ago we needed a new roof. Called The Roof Doctor and Keith came out to give us an estimate. Not only was it the best estimate but we also had them install a solar powered skylight. Keith made sure we were aware of the whole process and the crew was quick and had everything done in a day. I refer The Roof Doctor to anyone looking to have work done on their house.

From start to finish, The Roof Doctor crew was on time to our Steamboat Island area home. They were polite, knowledgeable, and showed excellent workmanship. At the end of the job, they cleaned up so thoroughly it looked like they had never been there. Any questions I had were answered clearly by crew leader Kevin—as well as Keith and Chris. We used The Roof Doctor in Tumwater. 10 out of 10!!!! They are awesome!! They are very reasonable in their prices. They are extremely professional, the guys that they hire are extremely cautious of your plants and landscape below the roof. They are quiet while they work. Really the only noise is them tearing off the old roof and hand nailing the new one on. We had solar panels that were installed incorrectly by a company that has gone bankrupt. The guys were very careful not to ruin even one of the panels while removing them. We are keeping them for other projects. Keith is amazing and very compassionate. He really listened to our problems and accommodated us. He came to the job site to check on his crew and roof after they were done. He made sure that we were satisfied with the job that they did. If you need anything done with your roof you should definitely consider them. We will be using them again in the future.

The crew where organized, worked hard and we're done quickly! Chris was helpful and professional from start to finish. I got four estimates and they were the most thorough, clearly expanded, and best price of them all! They did the roof, gutters, and a wonderful solar tube to bring light into my hallway. It was a pleasure working with them.

The crew was large and fast for my small home. I had leaking and ceiling damage that I was worried about and now I have peace of mind that everything externally is complete. Keith communicated and was very personable throughout the experience.
