Thanks Joe for saving us from the hassle and costs of replacing our carpet! Our 125 lbs boy dog had the runs, and despite our best efforts to clean the carpet ourselves, it seemed like replacement was the only solution. Then we called Joe with Pro Steam and were amazed by the results.

Respectful cleaner, he was very professional and did an amazing job and my family is really happy with the results as well. He got rid of this large oil stain we had in the first picture and as you can see it is gone.
