Clean and nice salon with helpful staff. Had a really positive experience with Jenna the other day who sorted out some issues I was having with my account. She was kind and helpful and resolved my issue. 10/10 would recommend.

The Mrs and I absolutely adore this place. The entire staff is delightful but we especially love Jenna. She really makes the experience worthwhile and has expert knowledge of the products they sell. We feel refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on whatever else the day throws at us when we attend the Tumwater location. Keep up the wonderful work!

It was my first time at a tanning salon today and I chose desert sun, I really enjoyed my experience and will be returning shortly. All of my questions about products, tanning, skin health, beds etc were answered thoroughly and helped me have the confidence to try tanning. I loved my experience and the lotion packet that was recommended to me smelled nice and felt amazing. Thank you desert sun 😘

I typically love coming to this location. I come a few times a week mostly nights after work. Tonight was not a great experience. Two girls I had never seen before and one was helping someone else get checked in while the other started to help me. She couldn't figure out my name so the other said let me try my computer with her customer right in front of her and she got me checked in, and I sat down on the couch while another gentleman walked in and sat on the couch because she still had that customer in front of her. She then says and Nikita your reoccurring payment didn't go through. Did you get a new card by chance and I said no and walked back up to the counter and she said well it's not letting me set up the bed because of that payment. Did you want to pay for that and I looked at the other girl(customer still standing in front of her who was there before me) said that I am sorry and looked back at her and said do you maybe want to finish with her first and she said I already am and the other customer said oh you are you never said that and then went and sat down, so not only was she rude to the other customer, but then she's talking my bill while I was sitting instead of calling me back up to the counter and letting the other customer sit , it was just not a good experience and nobody was impressed. Hopefully this is just trial and error with new people coming on.

Jenna at the Tumwater location ALWAYS provides the best customer service. She's friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about every type of service and product you provide! I'm never disappointed to see Jenna's smile when I come in. Give her a raise!! Excellent customer service is hard to find these days:)

I would like to praise your staff that you have at your Tumwater Washington location. They are very personable and helpful everytime. The only name I know is Lucy and she's phenomenal with your guests. I was in tonight (9/26/23, around 8pm) and I do not know the name of the associate but she was very nice and helpful. Thank you for your service level. It's a big reason I choose to continue to go here. Please give these people recognition for their hard work and dedication. It would go a long way for morale.
