Update: 11/2023, sadly they closed. There wasn’t any notice for it and up until the month of their business closing, they were still charging for the monthly maintenance place.

I’m 75 miles away from my older parents. Their furnace quits on a Sunday. Someone’s out to check it on Monday. Parts in and swapped out on Wednesday. Something goes wrong. More parts order and swapped out on Friday. More stuff goes wrong. The end is getting a new furnace, installed on the Sunday a week after all this started.

This is my second time using Community heating and cooling for our A/C installation. Both times I've had a great and professional experience with the owners installation techs and electricians. We have air conditioning! Kai is great, her team is great and the electrician who hooked us up yesterday is great! Never had air conditioning before and would never live without it again.Kai made the whole process so easy. She is a real professional as was everyone she sent. Can't thank her and her motley crew enough for making my Mother's Day weekend so cool and enjoyable. It is so important to work with someone you trust and that is what we found with Community Heating and Cooling.
