The salon is very clean, the staff friendly, and I have not experienced any language barriers which is paramount when it comes to needing to explain my concerns with the pedicure process because I do not enjoy getting them. They just added more pedicure chairs and nail stations and it looks really lovely in there! They are conveniently located across the street from Tumwater Costco which is a great spot!⭐️
This place sucks. I do NOT recommend. First time here and I’ll never go back. The first woman did an awful job with my pedicure it was over in 15 mins, cut me twice, didn’t clean under my nails, didn’t do my cuticles, no massage, and then a second woman came over once it was done while i was filing my own nails to fix them from being jagged and pointy, and said she was going to fix it, proceeded to remove all of the color, redo it and painted them with the wrong gel color while i was talking to my friend. They look like they were painted with whiteout. It was a huge disappointment, i absolutely hate my nails and i paid in full. I’ll never go back here again. My toes are in so much pain today. They also did a gel pedi for my daughter and painted the gel over her cuticles onto her skin which is already starting to lift and did a horrible job painting a simple heart. I’d prefer to get a refund and get these done somewhere else to fix them but the language barrier was tough to navigate.
