I've been coming here for 6 years without issue, until a minor one today. Every time I've been here my tech has assisted me with color matching, making sure I end up as close to my reference photo as possible (and I can have some outrageous ideas) and has no issue making my acrylics short (really short). Today the tech I had didn't inform me up front one of my designs wasn't possible so it was a plot twist when we got there, and I wasn't very pleased. Additionally, I had zero assistance coloring matching and I felt judged for how short I wanted my nails so I left with nails so long I can barely function! I moved to the area from Alaska 5 years ago and my aunt introduced me to this salon. I have never left unhappy and the acrylics last for a long time. They are sweet, talented, and welcoming. I even had my wedding nails done here. Highly recommend!Services: Nail art

This was a nice salon overall - the staff were very friendly and checked in about nail design preferences. The aesthetic was cute and clean.This salon is gel only and cash preferred (tips are all cash only), which is something you should know upfront before booking or walking in. You do get a 5% cash back voucher for paying in cash.I did a walk in and had to come back later in the afternoon as all their techs were busy. I arrived for my appointment on time but both I and another person were scheduled for the same time and were not seen until 15-30 minutes past our appointment time.
