I felt safe and cared for because Janice truly listens and is an absolute expert in her field. I feel so lucky to have worked with her. Everyone who is working with different patients is calm and proactive, cheerful and encouraging. The patients also looked hopeful and dedicated to their care. This is a truly important dynamic and one that is hard to establish, so that’s pretty amazing.The facility smells clean, not like a gym. The bathrooms are bright and clean. Everything is in good condition and there’s a ton of parking! Easy to access from the highway.I would trust any IRG location after this experience. I know there’s another in Anacortes, but I think there are multiple locations in the state.“

“Great place!! The best! Not only do they work on your injured area but they incorporate the entire body in the recovery. They use very innovative exercises and ensure safe but progressive recovery. I have used them twice now for complete shoulder replacements ( first failure was not their fault but was due to complications from surgery). “My husband and I did the couples massage, and the ladies were absolutely fabulous! The massage was on point, and they were not afraid to get in and break up any knots. They used their arms and elbows, along with their hands and fingers. Very meticulous and thorough. My husband really enjoyed the cupping, and I loved the facial massage, they did at the end, making sure to hit up all the pressure points. Was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. “I have gone here multiple times over the years and can honestly say that if wasn't for the work I had done I would not be able to live my life without escruciating pain. To name a few of them I had damage done to my spine to where I would wake up every night crying do to the pain in my arms and hands and Celia fixed it. I have had all my teeth pulled out and it ended up messing up my neck and back to where I could barely move my head and neck without feeling sick to my stomach from the pain and Celia was able to set my skull plates right and fix my neck. And most recently I slid on a 8/12 roof and twisted the bones in my foot to where I could barely walk and now I feel better then I have in years. These are just a some of the bigger issues I've had but I find myself going there anytime I am hurting. Celia is kind and very good at listening and finding the problem area even when I don't realize that it started from that area. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and I would recommend her for anyone who has hurt themselves even if it was years before ad you have been just dealing with it. Don't just deal with the pain, live your life to the fullest.“
