Scheduling cleaning was easy and the representative answered all questions and quoted pricing for my request, including a discount for new customers. The technician called to confirm his arrival time. He was very pleasant and did a fantastic job on my carpet and area rugs. I am very pleased and would recommend the friendly and professional service and people at Zerorez.My carpet and rugs look like new.
