I can't say enough good things about Zerorez of Puget Sound. I called them specifically to deal with stubborn pet urine staining that other carpet cleaners had failed to fully address, and the difference in approach was obvious from the start.

Rather than rushing into a one-size-fits-all treatment, they took real time to assess the problem and design a solution tailored to my specific staining. This is the second, maybe third time we’ve used ZeroRez for carpet cleaning. Ryan took the time to talk to us about areas we felt needed pre- treatment, he was organized and conscientious in setting up. When he finished, I couldn’t believe my eyes! Our carpets look beautiful, they felt clean, no sticky residue, just fresh and clean. It’s hard to find services today that don’t cut corners or charge exorbitant fees just for showing up! This family owned business is not only professional and exceptional at what they do but are lovely to work with and have some of the best customer service in the business. I have used them repeatedly and would highly recommend.
