Ray and his team were punctual (actually early), highly professional, and cooperative. I have no qualms about working with Tukwila Carpet Cleaning again in the future; our recently cleaned sofa appears fantastic.

Brendon, the proprietor of Tukwila Carpet Cleaning, is a gentleman and a consummate professional. He took the time to clarify our area rug over the phone and in person and provided excellent advice. Initially, we wanted him to clean only a small area rug, but after discussing the condition of the carpet with him, we decided to replace it. He did not attempt to sanitize it and take our money, but instead provided an honest evaluation. In a few days, he will be cleansing another room. His prices are also lower than the estimates I received from competitors in the area. I was so impressed by Ray's knowledge of the age, type, and condition of my antique carpet. My forty-year-old, wool-based, oriental-style carpet was in dire need of cleaning as it had become flattened and brittle from years of embedded grime. Thankfully, no permanent damage occurred, and the carpet was returned beautifully cleansed and velvety soft. Ray described the optimal direction to position the carpet in the room for maximum effect and installed it kindly while cheerfully rearranging the furniture.
