I had an excellent experience with Brittani at Vision Works in Tukwila. I originally went to Costco for an eye exam but decided to purchase glasses elsewhere because the optical department there felt very loud, busy, and poorly lit, which made it difficult to focus and properly see how frames looked. Choosing the right glasses is important, and I needed a quieter space where I could actually hear and communicate clearly.

I went in to the Visionworks Tukwila for my eyes to be checked last week. Dr Singh checked my eyes thoroughly and explained everything I needed to understand and know. She explained after examining the images of my eyes that I needed a procedure done to the eyes. She explained the reason and the importance of it to be taken care of as soon as possible. The store manager Sara was so delight to meet with too. She was very helpful and friendly with whatever I needed to be taken care of that day. Friendly, on time, smooth process. Went into get an eye exam for contact lenses, 10/27/2025. Out the door in less than one hour, with all questions answered and with 2 different brands’ trial contact lenses to choose from, per Dr. Singh’s thoughtful accommodation.
