I bought glasses somewhere else a while ago and had lost the pad covers. They put new ones on for free even though my glasses were from a different place! Great customer service!

My first appointment with the doctor was delayed by 15 minutes. Additionally, I was given the wrong prescription. During my second appointment, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time. Despite feeling frustrated by these experiences, I decided to get my eyeglasses from their shop. However, when I received the eyeglasses, the prescription was wrong once again. I opted for the cheapest frame and lens, hoping my insurance would cover 100% of the cost. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that they had charged me over $200 for the subpar product. This entire experience with the eye doctor and the shop has been the worst I've ever encountered. I have no intention of returning for any further eye-related appointments with them

I had a good experience with today appointment. I wish they bring back high end designer glass frames. I like this location , because they have plenty of parking and they have a Tesla Destination Charging Station.

I needed an annual eye visit and they kept me waiting over 30 minutes. My time was not respected, I would not recommend this place. Nice staff, but poor time management.

I was their new customer who went for an eye exam earlier this year. I went there in person last month to make a second order of six pack contacts lenses because I was almost running out. I don't know her name but she's one of the optometrists that took my order and said they'll call within five days once the order is ready. BAM! Three weeks later of no hear. I checked junk text messages and nothing. I happen to be Deaf who cannot take voice messages. That's rather upsetting and they're losing my business once I pick it up today. They're the second eye clinic to lose a client/customer like myself.

Dylan readily makes available his time for customers who are shopping for a new style and offers sound advice when warranted. Never felt pushed, unimportant or a nuisance while working with him. I entirely him to anyone in the market for a new pair of spectacles. Thanks for the premier customer service! With the New Year approaching I hope comments of this nature will be considered while evaluating his performance.
