Went into this Ulta with a friend because she had some things she needed to return/exchange
We recently visited the store and encountered an issue with our transaction at the register. The cashier inquired about how my friend would like to receive her refund, and she opted for a merchandise credit on a card. However, upon completing the transaction, my friend noticed that the cashier had only provided one card, despite having two separate transactions. Instead of issuing the second transaction on the requested merchandise card, the cashier had inadvertently added it back to her credit card. Suppper busy when I visited on a Sunday afternoon with an incredibly long line. I didn’t end up getting anything because of that, which is unfortunate because the selection of brands was among the best I’ve seen at any location.
I can actually say this is my first time coming to the Tukwila store and getting top notch services. I am so use to coming into the store and grabbing what I need and leaving due to not being helped. Ulta thank you for Mariah, she has change the trajectory of my past experiences of not being served. Mariah not only made me feel welcomed but took time too match my makeup, educated me on the products, but was patient with me and not making me feel rushed. He will continue to come and now refer others to this store.
