the prices in this store are absolutely ridiculous, upcharging the worth/actual price of items by insane amounts, especially their figures. even considering the fact stuff is imported, the prices for these items are over 50% of the original price. for example, a scale figure that's 200 will be marked up for 450-500, mind you, even with shipping the original figure would cost only about 250-300. this company is just purely greedy, and trying to scam you. it would be cheaper to fly to japan yourself than get a couple of figures from here.

Store is counter dude is always in a terrible mean mood...second purchase but will definitely will be the last time. Zero customer service skills. No hello, no thank you for your purchase no nothing...just seemed angry they had customers. Dont shop here.

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought a labubu for my daughter for $66.11 and it turned out to be defective. The foot spins a full 360 degrees, which is not normal. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was told that all of their labubu do this and that they’re all defective.

It’s unacceptable for a business to knowingly sell defective products at full price, especially something meant for children. Customers should be made aware of issues before buying, or defective items should not be sold at all. This experience was frustrating and felt dishonest, and I hope this store takes accountability and stops selling products they know are faulty.

I dont know what is up with all these people saying absolute nonsense about the labubus and the Sony angels, I don't think people realize that buying boxes and boxes of things in bulk gets pricey so I think the prices for labubus and Sony angels is fair for there buisness to do. I literally just checked my labubu I bought today for 60$ and its a verified popmart item, so these people claiming its not real is very weird of them to get views? Another thing i noticed was that people are saying the staff and the manager was rude and condescending, the person I checked out with was a very wonderful and nice person. I WILL be buying labubus from here again!
