PetsHotel Tukwila is a PetSmart Hotel with a doggie daycamp. The staff is kind and patient with dogs, and they provide a quick tour to help dogs acclimate. Dogs enjoy their time at the hotel, with owners reporting that their dogs look happy when they are picked up. The hotel allows owners to bring their own food and schedule grooming appointments.
I highly recommend the Tukwila Petsmart pets hotel! Our babies absolutely love staying there and the staff love them! The staff, including Krystal is very kind and friendly to them. They take good care of them. One of our babies takes medication for some medical issues and the staff administers it properly. We have been using this pets hotel for boarding since 2021.
The check in process can be a bit hectic sometimes but they do take good care of them. They have been many times, and we never have had issues. My furry friend has stayed at PetsHotel several times when we've been unable to travel together. It's a warm and welcoming environment where your dog can enjoy Doggie DayCamp and socialize with other pups.
The staff is incredibly caring and treats every animal with love and respect. I especially want to commend Amber for her exceptional dedication and genuine affection for the animals.
Leaving your pet at PetsHotel, especially with the wonderful staff like Amber, gives you peace of mind knowing they're in great hands and receiving the best possible care.
For the multiple time, PetSmart Hotel Tukwila continue to consistently show very good care for our pet dog, Kuma. No-hassle drop-off and pick-up. At pick-up time, I can tell from the dog’s demeanor, steady weight, and interaction that she had been cared for well there. I can also tell by the staff’s excited accounting and reporting on details that they sincerely care for our pet. I’ve always found that the staff and the store have shown good faith in the pet care business, and they will continue to have my business & earned respect.
