The lash technician was highly skilled and listened carefully to my preferences. She took her time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. She was very attentive throughout the entire procedure, making sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. And the results were fantastic! My lashes look so full and natural, I couldn't be happier.
