Quoted $60, but was charged $80 for short nails. The nail tech questioned why I wanted a round shape, as if my personal choice was a problem. Totally overpriced. Won’t return. Classic bait and switch. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming in it’s obvious I’m not the only one. So many people are complaining about being ripped off and overcharged.

Lee is amazing and he always does a great job on my nails and I would never cheat on my nail tech I’ve been coming to K&Y nails for years me and my mother and daughter always gets our nails done every two weeks and we always have the best experience with them every time treat us like family with love and respect

I stopped into this establishment this afternoon about 2:00 p.m. as I scheduled appointment over the phone for a full set and a pedicure. I get to the shop on time and they set me down with Lee. Well Lee and his energy was extremely unprofessional. He kept yanking my hand forward. He refused to show me the colors so that I can make sure they have my color before he even started the job. He then got up and refused to do my nails and told his other staff that he did not want to provide me service. I told them that I can take my business elsewhere with this type of poor customer service. I felt a sense of I don't want to serve you because of your skin tone type of energy. But hey only God knows. I give this establishment a negative zero for the poor service that was provided this afternoon and wasting my time in that process. Always remember that you have a choice to take your business elsewhere and you can always leave a review about your experience. Never coming here again!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon, though not because of my initial stylist. When I called to book an appointment for a full set, I was quoted $55. Upon arrival, the check-in process involved writing my phone number on a paper visible to all other customers, raising privacy concerns. I also asked for a manicure with the full set, but declined when told it would cost an additional $40. I requested almond-shaped nails with chrome finish, but midway through my service, they switched technicians. The second technician was both rough and rude. Most concerning was that he had an open cut on his finger that appeared black and dirty, which was both unsanitary and concerning. The technicians struggled to match the color I requested, and at the end, I was charged $80 for the full set—$25 more than the price I was initially quoted. Overall, the lack of privacy, poor service quality, hygiene issues, and unexpected price increase made this an experience I wouldn't recommend.
