All of the male physical therapists are incompetent lacking basic knowledge of anatomy and procedures and they don't pay attention and cause patients harm. The front desk is very rude and act like they are waiting for a confrontation to begin. I am reporting the negligence from the male therapists.

The PT providers, receptionist (sorry if that’s not the official title), and massage therapists are all wonderful. They are fun and personable. I’ve watched how they care for people who are struggling likely more than I and they’re compassionate and very thoughtful in their interactions. They also appear to really enjoy what they are doing which means a lot about the clinic itself. I appreciate their willingness to put up with my sense of humor and that they can dish it right back, keeping me focused with humor. Bravo!!

This place is pretty good. The OT guy is very great. Very understanding understands When somebody says too much pain, PT same They understand very well massage lady does not understand. She continues to press on my back after I told her numerous of times. Hey this is my first time here. I’m having a lot of pain here. Having a headache at my appointment for PT can you please Ask Where the pain is coming from before you start pressing, I told She said This is massage for your lower back and she has to work on it and I’m telling her the pain is continuing to get worse. I have never done this before and she did not listen. Sarcastic remark, when I continue to have pain by saying breathe when I was breathing to my best ability

She is one of the top 3 professionals in the field of the many I have used' over the years in this State and elsewhere. She knows her muscle groups and can deftly detect muscle and related conditions within the MP realm. A definite asset to the community as well.

Phenomenal, caring staff. The people here really care and know what they're doing. I've had experience with both Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy here and have had wonderful experiences. The more important thing is that they're to guide you and give you tools to keep for when you're home or when you're finally graduated. Definitely turned my outlook around after my accident.

this PT team is amazing and professional and genuinely care that you get better!! Alyse took her time with my first initial assessment and showed me how to get my shoulder back to normal with a variety is stretching and strengthening exercises. forever grateful to their entire team 😊

The customer service woman changed a schedule that we verified with her upon leaving the premise. Then they canceled the appointment. They denied us service. I don't recommend this place.
