Cherry was amazing and super nice. I wasn't sure if she could change my 10-year-old box-dyed black hair to a lighter shade without bleaching, But she did it!!! She made my hair a gorgeous brown color and it's still super soft. I'm so happy I found her and I recommend her to everyone. She does an AMAZING JOB
