I visited HealthPoint today to get my health insurance card, and I had a great experience. Kayla helped me with everything—she was very kind, patient, and explained the application clearly so I could understand each step.

If I could give them 100 stars I would, Dr Adrianne Tran is my dentist she is kind , gentle very knowledgeable and her near presence makes me calm and every single time she does anything it's done at 100% she is the best dentist at HP hands down in my opinion. Today I showed up at the dental clinic around 7:15-7:30 for a walk in emergency appt. Amanda at the front desk assisted me. She let me know that while it was no guarantee I would be seen, she would do her due diligence to help me secure an appointment today if possible. Because another patient no showed their appt, I was able to get in with ease. I didn’t have my insurance card on me so Amanda was able to look it up for me with no hesitation.
