We were so happy with the successful assistance my wife and I received from Jen Gray of the Geek Squad, Tukwila, this week. Our iPhones, on which we rely, are back in service thanks to her technical knowledge and diligence. She is also such a personable individual and a true credit to your organization. So I had a schedule appointment at geek squad I stood in line for like 3 seconds a geek squad employee said what can I do for you I said I have an appointment so I said diagnosis he said it's $99.00 I then told him that not what I really need then the employee said well what do you use your computer for I was surprised he asked cause I put I note while make my appointment on what I use my computer for further more I told him my computer troubles he said we can send it out I ask how much how long he gave ranges from $400.00 for the repair and a Max of 5 weeks I then said no thanks I'm good with how it works

I have not always had the best experience with Geek squad employees, that's why I gave 4 stars. The manager Mike was very helpful with my laptop issues. If I were rating him I would give 5 stars. Thanks Mike!
