My experience with uBreakifix was excellent. I called on Wednesday afternoon with a bad battery.. Spoke to Robert who answered my questions and checked my warranty. Told me to come in the next morning 10:00 a.m. which I did, he verified the warranty and 2 hours later I had my phone back. Robert was courteous, informative, and professional every step of the way. Came here to switch out my iPhone 13 max battery through AT&T insurance and was very impressed with the service. The associate, Robert, was very knowledgeable in phones and PCs and I had a good chat with him. You could tell he knows his stuff and loves what he does. Go here if you have any issues!
