Great service but a little expensive. He unlocked my phone that nobody else has been able to do in a few minutes. I had gone without that phone for about 6 weeks, and had to use a phone that was not reliable at all in charging which eventually got to be non charging.

Ruben and his team were FANTASTIC. I dropped my phone and the touch screen just would not work despite the lack of visible damage. He guided me through every step and fixed my phone in an hour. I could NOT be happier with the service and result. Thank you Ruben!

Ok, I have to review this place because I had a Google Pixel 5a screen repair yesterday that was an amazing dream of an experience compared with the two broken screens I got repaired here last year (at different times). The contrast could not have been starker. There's a new manager, Chris, who has whipped things into shape. He was very efficient and friendly and chatted with me about the changes he's made to improve customer experience. He's obviously been extremely successful. I got a call the day before my appointment to confirm and clarify what I needed. When I came in for my appointment at 10, I got attended to right away (unlike last year).
