My experience with uBreakifix was excellent. I called on Wednesday afternoon with a bad battery.. Spoke to Robert who answered my questions and checked my warranty. Told me to come in the next morning 10:00 a.m. which I did, he verified the warranty and 2 hours later I had my phone back. Robert was courteous, informative, and professional every step of the way.
