The clinic's staff, including the phlebotomist, are skilled and efficient, making patients feel comfortable and cared for. They take the time to explain test results and treatment plans, and even accommodate non-English speaking patients.
Sarah reminds us of upcoming visits. Assuring that we understand medication and other medical care. Verifies current orders. Makes appts around our schedule which is so very helpful as Harvey has other appts weeekly. Thank you Sarah! 😊
