Moved to Tacoma just over one year ago and I was SO NERVOUS to get a new hair stylist after 7 years with the same person. Luckily TRENA the Mane Alchemist at Willow specializes in blonde hair and does AMAZING cuts as well! I have had my hair done by her for a year and a half now and I will never go anywhere else! ❤
This was my 3rd time seeing Trena at Willow Salon, and once again she did a spectacular job with my hair. My hair is really difficult to lighten and she is always super careful not to fry my hair and is very patient as it takes a long time for my hair color to lift.
Trena is really knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions about keeping your hair and scalp healthy. She always asks questions (even though she's seen me before) to make sure she's giving me what I want, which I really appreciate. She also keeps notes so that she remembers exactly what we did last time.

Today I had my hair cut by the amazing Ciri! She was so kind, professional, and talented. She told me she was a perfectionist (as evidenced by the haircut that I love) and explained every step of the process to me. I sometimes find it difficult to voice when a salon appointment isn’t going in the direction I want, but Ciri kept checking in with me and was just a lovely person. I really recommend her and this salon!
