ORIGINAL REVIEW: Angie, Calise, and Cameron did such a great job in our townhouse! We really needed some help getting the house back on track after a really hard year. The crew came in, did their thing with no judgmental statements, and left the place feeling a lot cleaner. I'm excited to have them back next month!

My first time using a cleaning service, for a deep clean. The crew they sent was friendly and hardworking, but after they left I discovered some pretty egregious oversights, including not mopping the kitchen. It was really disappointing in the moment. (Patrick, Allisa, and Carise, I really appreciate your hard work despite this snafu. Things happen.) I immediately contacted Tidy Vibe with my concerns. Within the hour, they sent over a hero by the name of Tobee who addressed all my concerns and was incredibly friendly as well.

Easy to schedule with great communication. They reliably show up and complete great cleans. I appreciate that the service is consistent.
I've been a client for about 2 years and only had one issue with a missed area. The manager responded promptly and the problem was addressed right away.
