Bob Ruden, the route manager, is described as knowledgeable and professional. Chuck Trimble, a long-time technician, consistently delivers great service with a friendly attitude. He is efficient but also takes time to address concerns and offer helpful advice. Clients are satisfied with the pest control services, including rodent and hornet extermination, and have chosen Sprague for multiple locations due to their quality care. Sprague pest control really cares about each individual customer they service. Joe provides outstanding service and connects with the team, always there if needed. Shane Lauer is amazing, always comes in with a positive attitude, and takes care of needs. Updates and ways to better maintain the facility are appreciated.
