If you are looking for anything heating and cooling in your house, this is the company to call first! Ruslan (Russ) and Yuri were very friendly and did a great job. They had more answers than I had questions. I had called originally looking to have a Ductless Mini-Split installed in my home renovation. After taking a look at my home it was recommended I install a furnace and Heat Pump as well as install ducting throughout the house. I was expecting them to quote me an astronomical number but I was very surprised when they said it was nearly the same price as the Mini-Split system. Great experience! Reached out online to see about a quote for replacement they got back to me super quick and came a day later to have a look. David arrived on time to the scheduled appointment and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that a non-HVAC person could understand! The quote was the best we had and there was no push for fancy add ons like we had been experiencing. The day of installation they arrived on time and finished quickly. David stayed to make sure everything was working smoothly and again explained the new unit in a way I could understand. So glad we found Russ HVAC. Highly recommend and will use again!
My new heat pump and furnace were installed today. It wasn’t easy but they made the installation look easy. Their experience, knowledge, professional etiquette are exceptional. I highly recommend their services!
