Rose Cutter is located on Tacoma Ave. next to the Camp bar. I randomly found it on Google. It looked like a good place so I gave it a try. I was not having a good week at all but when I came in Dominick greeted me in a warm and welcoming way. So I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The environment was very comfortable. They had good music playing, couches, bright lights, and it was clean & sanitary. Dominick was careful to help me with what I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Alissa has done 4 pieces for me in the last 2 years & I couldn't recommend her enough! She is great at communicating during the design process- listens, sends proofs & pays attention to detail. Once you're in her chair- Alissa makes you feel right at home. She's patient with you as you're working on placement & sizing, offers you a drink & makes sure you're comfortable & confident before starting. Her vibe is calm. If you're nervous, she'll explain everything to you. She'll make sure you're doing well throughout the session. & she doesn't mind that I talk her ear off for hours 😉

I had the best tattoo ever from Dominic! He created exactly what I wanted exactly. He was extraordinarily thorough, sanitary, talented, and had a great bed side manner. I highly recommend. I always get asked where I got it and tell people to come here.
I also got a tattoo from Kayla and she was so incredibly skilled, professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend Kayla as well. She's an amazing artist. Everyone always wants to know where I got my neck done as well and I have to tell them check out Rose Cutter.
