Patience is required, but the result is top quality and worth the wait. My journey took 3 months because of illness and mechanical failures. Exceptional and friendly customer service. My 25 year old boots returned gorgeous and perfectly repaired. This business has served me well for over 20 years. Don't listen to the nay sayers, but remember----Patience is key.

Henry runs a classic shoe repair shop in the beautiful Proctor area of Tacoma. Henry is a very accomplished cobbler and capable of repairing pretty much anything. He repaired a backpack that was a disaster soon to be discarded. He resurrected it and I am using it right now. Henry is very busy and needs additional cobblers/repairmen, so if you know of anyone interested in being an apprentice in this valuable profession, send them to Henry. BTW, thank you for your service to the United States as a Marine Vietnam veteran, Henry! You’re a hero in more ways than one!
