Easy to schedule service and find a time that worked for me. Technician was on time (early!) and communicated well in advance of a home visit. Tech was courteous and thorough, explained the fix and gave me some tips for the future. If I have other issues with appliances, I would call them again.

The Mr Appliance repairman, Jack, showed up promptly at the beginning of the time frame they had given to me (both times). He had a smile & was very professional determining that the electronic component that was malfunctioning quickly. He advised me on how to make the replacement component last longer & gave me a military retiree discount. Although I am an Air Force retiree he gave me the discount ?. Jack is a Navy retiree. I will be calling Mr Appliance from now on for any help I may need but my Speed Queens are very dependable. Thanks Jack & Mr Appliance for getting our washing machine back in service so quickly!!

Very professional and excellent service. Highly recommend these guys. They always let me know status and next steps with appliance issues and get the problems solved. All billing has been fair and reasonable as well.
