We had Bryan come out to do a plumbing inspection several weeks ago. It is a larger house with some unique plumbing issues (40+ years of DIY repairs and recent delayed maintenance). He spent a full day on the inspection and prepared a detailed list of items to be addressed, some very time sensitive such as leaks and other items that could use updating and repairs but not as critical as the active leaks. We were so impressed with Bryan's work that we had him out the other day to repair faulty plumbing and replace old and leaking fixtures. He completed the work on time and everything is working perfect now. We have some additional plumbing work we will need done, and will request that Mercurio's assign Bryan for that work. Thank you Bryan and everyone for all your excellent work!
Tony Ocasio serviced my Furnace and A.C. unit yesterday, he arrived a little later than scheduled as he was wrapping up a very busy day. Despite the delayed arrival he took his time and performed a professional, detailed and complete inspection and performance evaluation of both the systems. Tony was extremely polite and explained clearly the few issues he encountered. Mecurios has been my go to company for HVAC service as long as they've been here and I've never received anything less than 100% quality work and top notch customer service from all of their staff, be it phone or in person.
Arnold and his helpers did a fantastic job of installing my new furnace today😀!! They were very helpful and informative with all aspects of the installation. Thank you so much!!!
