A big thanks to the ER staff. My experience was less than an hour from the time I walked through the door to the time I left, with the lonset tine being spent waiting on discharge papers (about ten minutes). Everyone, frondesk, check in, vitals, RN, PA, and person handeling discharge was kind and professional (Spacifically at the ER)

The utmost worst ER in the military. Just now left to take my daughter to St. Clair’s ER. My daughter is in excruciating pain and has been passing out temp 103. We were there for 1 hr and 15 minutes and they still haven’t taken her vitals. The gentleman sitting next to us was called and he told the nurse to take her and the nurse said no. Then I asked if there was another nearby hospital and they said I can try Tacoma general. That was all they said. Wow. St. Clair’s took her in after 7 min
