To the pharmacy department. That is already under investigation. The lack of respect for patients is unbelievable. To have some staff n supervisor lieing is another story. 2 tell patients that have been waiting for hours that they wasn't in line waiting is unbelievable. For a patient 2 have to prove themselves. Once done. Supervisor try to turn around n say he didn't mean it that way. When the supervisor are told yes we have been waiting. We have on tape n witnesses is unbelievable. The supervisor comes back and try 2 correct himself saying they are short staff etc. N most people don't wait that long they leave. Well guess what people do wait. So to be fair, I write this solely off of my experience in the ER. A couple months ago I got into a MATV accident and sustained head trauma. I was in and out of consciousness, and had severe transient global amnesia. In my time there, I got told by medics to 'just stop crying', and got discharged just hours after the accident. I was still extremely disoriented, and was still in severe pain, and bleeding from the head wound. Got told I was fine, and got sent back to the barracks as well as being told to just take advil for the pain.
WORST ER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. You’re telling me I have to wait 3 hours after I clearly stated I’m having an allergic reaction/ late onset anaphylaxis? (Quite familiar with what is going on as I have been dealing with severe allergic reactions for a while!)
