I've done the Korean wave perm 3 times (with Kay doing the 3rd) and this is by far the best one. The process was pleasant and only took about an hour or so, and it only cost $80 total for the perm and a haircut. The other places did an okay job and also added on a charge for the haircut so it cost over $100 for them, so this is definitely a better value. The quality of my perm is also a lot better as it's a lot more wavy and fluffy from the get-go. I'll definitely be coming back for a 4th one.

Let me preface by saying I have the shittiest, unruly, coarse, thick, unmanageable hair. It gives me so much anxiety trying to find stylists that can actually work with this head. As soon as she moved her fingers through my hair, she instantly knew more about my hair than I did. And that doesn't really happen. She gave me such a transformational cut!!! She was able to layer and thin out my hair but still keep the length. I'm so impressed. Her salon is so cute (built inside of her garage in her home) and is easy to find. She's wonderful. I can't wait to go back for color next time.

The designer K is great! Every time I go to get my hair permed, cut, dye and etc, she never fails me! I can count on her for any style I desire... I brought a picture of this model and designer K made it similar hair cut! I love to go there and do my hair from designer K and I recommend to call her for the appointments, so you don't have to wait all day to do your hair done. I would definitely give it a try from designer K! I've done hair from Kay for couple of years now and I always do my hair from Kay!
