Tim and John came out to do diagnose the problem and quickly identified the issues and explained what needs to be done in a way that I could understand and follow. They were both extremely friendly and professional. A few days later they came out on the scheduled day and got the work done. Tim Jr. at Krouse’s Electric has gone above and beyond in helping us fix the electrical issues in our home. After years of dealing with the subpar work of a former “electrician,” we needed someone we could trust, and Tim Jr. delivered. He’s been rewiring our lighting, getting previously non-functioning lights back up and running, and making sure our outlets are up to code for safety and efficiency.
