Very pleased with the communication style, Level of professionalism and overall timeliness of revisions. We were new to the home remodeling arena after we purchased a 1963 mid-century modern home in Puyallup. When we chose our contractor, he advised he worked with Leslie from KBDS. Not knowing any differently, we accepted his advice and met with her. What a joy! She listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and allowed us to feel in control of how we wanted our home to look once the remodel was complete (while gently nudging us in better directions when it was suitable). I worked with Shiela and she was wonderful. After I contacted her she came to look at our bathroom project within a week. She was so easy to work with and really went above and beyond to listen to us and make suggestions that we were comfortable with.
