Brought my teenage daughter in for back to school cut/style over the weekend and she absolutely loved her new do! Shane went above and beyond for us, five stars! Also would like to add that the other stylists were very friendly and welcoming, will be back!
SHANE!! What a gem JCP has found! I had a few highlights and trim before my vacation and Shane did an amazing job! Not only did she educate me on hair products and color tips! The salon was clean and professional, I believe due to a new salon manager! Things are looking up for JCP in Tacoma! I will definitely be back and will recommend Shane to all my friends and family! Thanks again for everything and I loved my hair!!
I made my mom an appointment with the specialist and she was very nice. Unfortunately my mom asked for a specific cut and not what she got. She said she showed a picture and explained it but got a little different than she asked.But she liked how she was treated.
