Weird vibe. Like I'm sitting in a house from the 90s. Suede couches, an old entertainment center, etc. The barber was really quiet. Haircut was fine though. And it was really clean.
Great for a simple hair cut if you know what you want. No frills keep it affordable and quick. Was $10 for years but now a still manageable $13. Takes cards except Amex.Service: Buzz cut
My son goes to college in Tacoma and was looking for an affordable cut. He avoided the racist homophobe down the street and found Jay's. Jay seemed to think he had a lot of hair and it was difficult to cut ("a lot of poof"), but my son is very happy with the cut and cost!
