Just what I was looking for in a personal trainer. She customizes workouts to fit your needs, and takes very careful notes to track your progress. Very encouraging and very knowledgeable! She has a good variety of equipment so no matter what your goals are you'll have what you need. After 5 months I can feel the difference in muscle growth and strength. Highly recommended!
