Very helpful workers, I believe the one who helped me was named Zack? A younger guy with dark hair, not sure of his name. He helped me out and talked to me some about a guitar and explained a bit to me, very helpful staff.

Kevin M B , is a awesome floor salesman at Tacoma WA store, in the guitar, pedals, and amps section, You walk in, you have anxiety, worried, and don't want to make a mistake, Kevin has a calming demeanor, he asks, what kind of music do you want to play, and then gives you honest and excellent advise, I highly suggest, seeking his help and advise, you won't be disappointed, won't get ripped off, or deal with any attitude, and most importantly leave with the Gear You Wanted! A plus for Kevin

I bought my piano from this place, went back yesterday and bought a guitar.
I would say, they are good but short stuffed which kinda lengthen the waiting time when there is more customers.
