Great place. trainers are nice and welcoming. Meredith at the front desk is helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
There is definitely an older crowd. But I personally don’t come to the gym to make friends.

I have been going to this gym for the last 5 years. Gym is always clean and organized, the staff super friendly and helpful! I’ve been working with Franchesca as a personal trainer for several months now and she is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and patient and able to tailor my workouts to the areas I need strengthening! Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone to help you on your fitness journey!

Started doing the Total Body Workout classes with Franchesca Borja about 9 months ago and have loved it!!! Franchesca and her classes are the main reason why I started coming here and have now purchased a membership. I would definitely recommend the Total Body and Got Grit Bootcamp fitness classes! There’s plenty of modifications to make the exercises more or less challenging depending on injuries and limitations, so they’re great classes for anyone! Franchesca is very knowledgeable and an awesome trainer! I have gotten stronger and in even better shape for doing what I love in the outdoors (hiking, paddle boarding, climbing, etc.)
