Update**

The General manager worked with me to go in and get my haircut done by another professional. Long story short, the manager made sure that my haircut was fixed and when my hair grows back in, I’ll have an opportunity to get my next haircut for free. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome

Always had a great experience here . Their online check in makes it so easy to know the wait time and "be in line" without having to sit in their waiting room with a bunch of squirmy kids. Great looking hair cuts at an affordable price . Consistent service between Tacoma and Gig Harbor locations . Really good with kids who are nervous and great for a busy "mom cut" that is bot stylish and functional.

I had a great haircut here. The wait was about twice was the website said it would be, but they were quick, kind and adjusted as necessary to get me a good cut. I still pay over $100 for a haircut at my normal salon, but they are often hard to get an appointment and this was $22 and just as good. I’m pumped!Service: Haircut
